What we collect
Aggregate analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type, and how a visitor arrived. This is measured with Google Analytics 4 and is not tied to your name. We do not sell it, and we do not combine it with anything else.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, no logins, no passwords.
- No comments, so no comment profiles.
- No newsletter sign-up form that stores your address on this site.
- No advertising cookies of our own — the ad positions are currently filled in-house.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visit from another. You can block them without breaking anything on this site; every page will still render. Browser-level tracking protection and content blockers work normally here.
Affiliate links
Clicking an affiliate link takes you to a retailer’s site, which sets its own cookies and has its own privacy policy. That handover happens on their domain, not ours. See the affiliate disclosure for which links are paid.
If you write to hello@bhealthyblog.com, we keep the message for as long as it takes to deal with it. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not pass addresses to anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what data is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and not personally identifying, so there is usually nothing to retrieve — but if you have written to us, you can ask for that correspondence to be deleted and we will do it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it. Questions or deletion requests: hello@bhealthyblog.com.
