B Healthy exists because those three things are either ignored entirely or covered in a voice that assumes you own a hygrometer. We are not interested in the hygrometer. We are interested in why the bedroom feels stale at four in the morning, and what actually fixes it for a normal amount of money.
What we cover
- Sleep — the room, the bedding, and the hours before.
- Air — ventilation, materials, and why a room goes stale.
- Mornings — coffee, tea, and the first twenty minutes.
- Kitchen — water, gear, and the daily cup.
- Light — daylight, lamps, and the end of the day.
How we write
Every piece starts from something that happened in a real home, not from a product feed. When we recommend a thing, it is because it solves the problem the piece is about — not because it photographs well. Where we have not used something ourselves, we say so instead of implying otherwise.
We are deliberately not a medical site. We do not give doses, we do not claim that anything here prevents or treats an illness, and we do not pretend our editors are clinicians. See the health disclaimer for the long version, and how we work for the short one.
Who writes it
- Mira Halvorsen — Editor, Copenhagen, Denmark. Mira writes about the small decisions that make a home easier to live in — bedding, air, light, and the things nobody thinks to replace until they fail.
- June Park — Home & Objects Editor, Seoul, South Korea. June writes about furniture, rugs and the materials they are made from, with an eye for what a thing feels like after three years rather than three days.
- Ravi Menon — Coffee & Kitchen Editor, London, United Kingdom. Ravi has made coffee in a office kitchen, a rented flat and one very small camper van, and writes about what actually survives those conditions.
How we make money
Display advertising and affiliate commissions. If you buy something after clicking a link here, we may earn a percentage of the sale at no extra cost to you. That is the whole business model: we do not sell sponsored posts, and no brand has ever paid to be included in a guide. The affiliate disclosure spells out which links are paid and how they are marked.
